TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Zinc’s Big Kids Day

The following terms and conditions apply for “Zinc’s Big Kids Day Promotion.”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin September 1, 2009 with entries closing at 5pm September 25, 2009.  Winner announced on Saturday September 26 at 12.30pm during the Outside Broadcast at Toyworld.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY     
Spend $50 or more in Toyworld from September 1 to 24, and you will go in the draw to win a 30 second shopping spree. One entry entry per transaction.  Drex will push trolley for winner, while the winner has 30 seconds to fill the trolly with any item they may want.
Entrants must be between 6 and 12. 
                                                                                                                                   
3. PRIZE
30 second shopping spree.
 
Conditions of prize:
Winner must be aged between 6 and 12 years of age to be eligible to enter.
Winner must be present on the day of the draw (12.30pm Saturday September 26 at Toyworld Gladstone).

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO NETWORK are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.               If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be drawn from a box and announced on Zinc following the random draw of all instant entrants on September Saturday 26, 2009.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
