TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rock Lobster

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Zinc’s ROCK LOBSTER promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 3rd of August till Friday 21st of August.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to be the random caller through to win the opportunity to play ZINC’S ROCK LOBSTER. The announcer will start the “cooking” of the Lobster, as this occurs a cash amount will be revealed on air, the longer the lobster cooks the cash amount changes. If the winner yells “STOP COOKING” prior to the lobster exploding, they will win that last amount that was announced on air and win that cash amount.

3. PRIZES
Cash amounts depending on when the contestant yells STOP COOKING and depending on what cash amount was last broadcast.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The prizes will be awarded to the winners at the time of the competition which will be the random caller through on the specified competition line at the time that the competition is executed and depending on how much they win during that competition spot. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
