TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ZINC 96 HEADS OR TAILS
The following terms and conditions apply for “ZINC 96 HEADS OR TAILS”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 2nd June with entries closing on 20th June 2008. Winner announced Monday 23rd June 2008.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants are required to be the first caller through on the Zinc 96 competition line when the announcer solicits for calls to play Zinc 96 Heads or Tails. Contestant selects either heads or tails. The Zinc 96 announcer will flip a coin. If the contestant guesses heads or tails correctly they are in the draw for the major prize. If the contestant is incorrect they are awarded 20 cents.
3. PRIZE
•One Major Prize being
Return flights to Cairns for two people
4 nights accommodation in a Hilton Guest Room for two people
Buffet breakfast daily for two people
Full day Green Island & Outer Barrier Reef Cruise including snorkeling, underwater observatory, semi-submersible tour and seafood buffet lunch two people
$300 cash
Conditions of prize:
•Winner must be 18 years of age to be eligible to enter.
•The winner must collect the prize from Zinc 96.1 Noosa Civic.
•Winner must notify Zinc 96.1 21 days prior to the date they wish to take the holiday (major prize)
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO NETWORK are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be announced on Zinc96 following the random draw of all entrants on Monday 23rd June 2008. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
