TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ZINC 96 ‘s LOVES A PUNT
The following terms and conditions apply for “ZINC 96’s Zinc LOVES A PUNT”

These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 6th of October and close on 24th of October 2008. A winner will be announced on the 27th of October.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
From Monday to Friday of each active week of promotion the Sunshine Coast Daily will print a unique “codeword” which contestants will require to enter. On each of these days Zinc 96 will solicit for listeners to call in with the codeword. Contestants need to be the first caller to the Zinc 96 competition line and tell the announcer the correct codeword as printed in the Sunshine Coast Daily that day.

3. PRIZE
1 x Rojan Josh Tour as supplied by Ambassador Travel Including
- Departure from Brisbane domestic airport November 2nd flying Virgin Blue to Melbourne for two passengers and transfer to centrally located hotel.
 - A transfer for two to the Cup Eve Dinner On the evening of Monday 3 November held at the Crown Casino, including entertainment, dinner, interviews with racing personalities, and Wayne Wilson’s phantom call of the Melbourne Cup.
- Tuesday 4 November includes transfer to Flemington Racecourse Wednesday 5 November includes a transfer in the morning to Tullamarine Airport for return flight home.
Accommodation in Melbourne is included for each night during the trip.

Conditions of prize:
•Winner must be 18 years of age to be eligible to enter.
•Winner and person winner choses to take MUST be able to fly on the aforementioned dates.
•This prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
•Contestants are only eligible to enter once during the promotion.
•Ambassador Travel is the supplier of the prize. If for any reason Ambassador travel are unable to supply the prize as previously stated Zinc 96 and Prime Radio cannot be held accountable.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO NETWORK are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.

 If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be announced on Zinc 96 on the 27th of October 2008.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
