TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AC/DC in London

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio AC/DC in London promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 23^rd March and run until 3pm Friday 3^rd April AEST 2009. 

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                                                      Listeners are invited to be the random caller through upon hearing the hourly AC/DC song snippet.  In hourly competition spots between 10am and 3pm AEST, contestants will need to correctly identify which song the snippet is from to be successful.  The contestant will win an AC/DC CD instantly and go in the draw for the major prize.  

3. PRIZE

Instant prizes of AC/DC new album Black Ice.
Major prize is a trip for 2 to London, including return economy airfares to London, 4 nights accommodation, airport transfers in London only & 2 tickets to see AC/DC live in London 26^th June at Wembley Stadium.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
The major prize winner will be randomly chosen from all entries on Friday 3^rd April with the winner being announced Monday 6^th April and winner will be called live on air at this time.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The major prize winner will be selected from a random draw of all entries on Friday 3^rd April and will be announced on Monday 6^th April.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
