We all have a busy lifestyle – but we NEED to make time for ourselves. Working on your health and fitness towards peak condition forms part of ‘preventative maintenance’
DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN ANY OTHER TYPE OF FITNESS OR SPORTING ACTIVITIES?
Golf and daily walking
WHAT KIND OF ACTIVITIES/SPORTS HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED IN OVER THE YEARS?
Bike riding, water skiing, golf, lawn bowls and squash
WHAT IS 2010 GOING TO BRING FOR YOU?
Continue daily Mayoral duties, enjoy life to the fullest and look forward to more input with my grandchildren – another great reason to work on health and fitness (being able more active with them and demonstrating to future generations)

Continue walking, golf and maybe add to fitness program

Preventative maintenance (motor mechanic ethos from way back – practice preventative maintenance)

The body breaks down more without exercise and activity, mental and physical fatigue
