The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio FOLLOW THE FASHION promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 3rd of August till Friday 7th of August closing a 5pm AEST.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited log onto www.radiozinc.com.au and follow the link to www.followthefashion.com.au and identify what instrument the man is playing on the home page then register on the Radio Zinc page to be in the draw.
3. PRIZES
Follow the Fashion prize is to be taken on the 22nd and 23rd of August and is for ONE winner and a friend which includes:
Return flights from their nearest city - care of Virgin Blue
Accommodation in the 5 star Sofitel Brisbane hotel including pampering at Stephanies Day Spa
- Overnight accommodation for two in a Superior Room
- Delicious full interactive breakfast for two in Thyme˛ Restaurant

3.30pm Transfer to airport
5.00pm Fly home
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after the winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The prizes will be awarded to the winners at the time of the competition which will be the random drawing of all registered entrants via the Radio Zinc website with the correct answer to the question. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
