TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WANNA BE A MUS-STAR?

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Zinc MUS-STAR promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 27th July till Friday 14th of August..

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to download their Mp3 of their songs or send on CD to the entry point stated on the website to be eligible to be ONE band / artitst that will play live on the Mainstage of the National Music Muster in August 25 – 30.  Stipulations of entry from National Music Muster Committee:

• Age – 18+
• Band, duo or single
• Production will be supplied – not instruments
• Genres – open
• Winning band / artist will appear onstage at the Muster
• Accommodation for band members will be supplied from 25^th – 30^th of August at  Banjo’s Camping
• Band members will not be paid for their performance at the National Music Muster.

3. PRIZES
The winning band / artist will have to find their own transport / way to the National Music Muster but on arriving will receive season passes from 25th August - 30th August to the Muster and accommodation for the band members in Banjo’s Camping including a performance live on MAIN STAGE at the National Music Muster.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.                                                                                                                              If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winning band / artist will be judged by the National Music Muster committee on receipt of all entries by the 14th of August. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
