TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Plasma A Day

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio PLASMA A DAY promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 4th May through till Friday 15th May 2009. 

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                                                                     Listeners are invited to watch WIN NEWS weeknights from Monday 4th of May for the daily CODEWORD then listen to the local Zinc radio station for the cue to call to ring and correctly identify the CODEWORD to get into the draw.  Each day one winner of all registered listeners will be randomly chosen and will win a 42 inch plasma.  There will be 9 42 inch plasmas given away across the competition duration being Tues 5th May, Wed 6th May, Thursday 7th May, Friday 8th May, Monday 11th May, Tuesday 12th May, Wed 13th May, Thurs 14th May & Friday 15th May will be the final plasma given away.  

3. DAILY PRIZE
Daily prize is one by 42 inch plasma for one winner randomly chosen from ALL ENTRANTS across the Prime Radio Network radio stations active in the promotion.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
The major daily prize winner will be randomly chosen from all entries daily and winner notified by the on air announcer.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of Prime Radio are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.                           If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The daily prize winner will be randomly chosen daily from all entered contestants.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. RADIO STATIONS ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN PROMOTION
The prime radio stations actively involved in this promotion include: Zinc Cairns, Zinc Townsville, Zinc Mackay, Zinc Gladstone, Zinc Sunshine Coast.  Listeners from other markets who do not reside within the service area of the above radio stations are not eligible to contest.
