TERMS AND CONDITIONS ZINC 96 MUSIC MATCH The following terms and conditions apply for “ZINC 96 MUSIC MATCH” These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION The active promotion will begin 6th May with entries closing on 23rd May 2008. Winner announced Monday 23rd May 2008.2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants are required to be the first caller through on the Zinc 96 competition line when the announcer solicits for calls to play Zinc 96 Music Match. Contestant may select two boxes (between the numbers 1 and 100). Each box will either contain the name of an artist or the name of a song. To be eligible for the major prize contestants must pick a box with an artist and a box that contains a song by their chosen artist.
3. PRIZE •One Major Draw being a minimum of 160 CDs from Universal Music Conditions of prize: •Winner must be 18 years of age to be eligible to enter. •The winner must collect the prize from Zinc 96.1 Noosa Civic.
4. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS. Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO NETWORK & OFFICE TECHNOLOGY are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNER The winner will be announced on Zinc96 following the random draw of all entrants on Monday 23rd May 2008. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
