Easter 1001 Rock Countdown

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Easter 1001 Rock Countdown promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 10^th April and run until 13^th April 2009.  Winner to be announced on Tuesday 14^th April.
Contest to run on Zinc radio stations in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Gladstone and Sunshine Coast.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                                                     Listeners are asked to view the list of winning songs in the Zinc 1001 Countdown.  When they hear one of the highlighted winning songs played, they are to text the word EASTER to 19969462 to be in the draw. Countdown lists can be viewed online at www.radiozinc.com.au and on the Sunshine Coast only in the Sunshine Coast Daily Thursday 9^th April, Saturday 11^th April, Sunday 12^th April & Monday 13^th April.

3. PRIZE
One prize for a family of four (2 adults & 2 children under 12): Return economy class airfares, Prepaid air taxes/levies, 3 nights accommodation – Voyages Outback Pioneer Resort, Return airport/hotel transfers Full Day Uluru Day Tour.
Prize can not be exchanged for cash.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
The major prize winner will be randomly chosen from all entries on the morning of Tuesday 14^th April and announced that morning in Phebe’s show broadcast to Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Gladstone and the Sunshine Coast.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of Prime Radio are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.                                                                                                                                                                              If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded. Radio stations involved / participating in the 1001 Easter Rock Countdown include: 102.7 Cairns, 100.7 Townsville, Zinc Mackay, Zinc Gladstone, 96.1 Sunshine Coast.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The major prize winner will be selected from a random draw of all entries and announced on Tuesday 14^th April.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
