TERMS AND CONDITIONS

JULIVE

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Zinc JULIVE promotion. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Wednesday 1st of July until Friday 31st of July.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to be the random caller through to win selected DVD’s and CD’s and also tickets to live events in each market sourced locally.
3. PRIZES
CD’s and DVD’s and tickets to live events in each local market. Tickets that are won are subject to winner being 18 years of age or over, cannot be transferred for cash and are not able to be used at any other time than stipulated on ticket and all terms and conditions of the event must be adhered to as per ticket issue.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The prizes will be awarded to the winners at the time of the competition which will be the random caller through on the specified competition line at the time that the competition is executed. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
