TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pearl Jam Concert Tickets

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Zinc’s Pearl Jam promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 28th September till Friday 2nd of October.

2. METHOD OF ENTRY

NETWORK POINT OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to listen in from 10am – 3pm weekdays for their cue to call.  When they hear the competition cue to call for their chance to win one dble pass to see Pearl Jam live in concert in Brisbane on Wednesday 25th November including one night accommodation in Brisbane, they are to ring the competition line and the random caller who gets through will win the prize.
BREAKFAST POINT OF ENTRY
There is a LAST CHANCE BONUS double pass that each Morning Zoo team has in each Prime Radio Zinc market to give away in addition to the network competition which will require listeners to call in and identify the two Pearl Jam songs JAMMED together on top of each other to be in the draw. All ten daily winners will go in the draw for ONE prize package.

3. PRIZES
Network hours (active 10am – 3pm Mon – Friday) - 10 x  double passes, Local Breakfast hours (active 5.30am – 10am Monday – Friday) – 1 dble pass per market in total being Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Gladstone and Sunshine Coast to see Pearl Jam live in concert Wednesday 25th of November.  Total amount of tickets / accommodation packages given away will be 15.
These tickets are standing tickets, at the front, in the Fixer field at QSAC Stadium, Brisbane. All tickets and posters must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.  Profiteering from the complimentary tickets and posters is a breach of supply and action may be taken if misused.  In the event of postponement or cancellation, the tickets cannot be refunded and the promoter, nor its associated agencies, including but not limited to, The PR Company, is under obligation to offer a make-good.
With each double pass, there will be on nights accommodation given away for the winners to stay in Brisbane on the night of the concert.  This accommodation is valid Wed 25th November only and cannot be used at any other time or be transferred for cash. 
Winners from markets including Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns will receive an additional $200 travel voucher to use towards travelling to the show. This will be in the form of a $200 travel voucher with a valid date of 12 months from winning the voucher.  Sunshine Coast winner ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for the $200 travel voucher being less than 200km from the venue of the concert.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
Network prizes (being run between 10am – 3pm Mon – Friday) will be awarded to the winners at the time of the competition which will be the random caller through on the specified competition line at the time that the competition is executed via a cue to call mechanic.  Breakfast prizes will be won on the one major draw of all daily entrants who identify the two Pearl Jam songs played over the top of each other.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
