Win A Trip To Vegas – Thanks To Motorcycle Country

The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio ‘Win a Trip to Vegas’ promotion. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin 21^st September 2009 and run until 10^th October 2009. 

2. METHOD OF ENTRY                                                                                                      Listeners must collect all 15 scavenger hunt items revealed by the Zinc Morning Zoo each weekday morning while the competition is active. To be eligible to win the contestant must have all 15 items in their possession and be present at Motorcycle Country, Gympie on the 10^th October 2009 between 10:00am and 12:30pm. Judges decision on the accuracy of each item is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Contestants with all 15 items will be entered into a random draw where one winner of the prize will be drawn at Motorcycle Country Gympie at 12:45pm on the 10^th October 2009.

3. PRIZE

Prize is a trip for 2 to Las Vegas, including return economy airfares to Las Vegas, 4 nights accommodation, airport transfers in Las Vegas only & 2 tickets to see the Supercross Championships in Las Vegas.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest spots from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners must be present at the draw at Motorcycle Country at 12:45pm on the 10^th October 2009 and will be notified at the time of winning.
 

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.

Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The major prize winner will be selected from a random draw of all eligible entries at Motorcycle Country at 12:45pm on the 10^th October 2009.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
