TERMS AND CONDITIONS Suncorp Kids Savings Account Promotion The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Suncorp Kids Savings Account Promotion. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION The active promotion will begin Friday 24th April to Friday 1st May 2009.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY Listeners are invited to register on the website, answer two questions correctly to be in the draw.
3. PRIZE $50 Suncorp account x 5 per radio station participating.
4. INDEMNITY All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
5. NOTIFICATION Prize winners will be notified off air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS. Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
Terms and Conditions
- Get Mum and Dad’s ok to enter
- The promotion is open to Australian residents aged from 5 to 17 years of age.
- If the winner does not have an existing Suncorp Kids Savings Account, an account will need to be opened to redeem the prize. If the winner does not hold a Kids Savings Account and is under 12 years of age, their parent or guardian, will need to do the following to redeem the prize: complete and sign an Account Opening Form; read the relevant Product Information Document and being identified as required by Suncorp.
- To be eligible for the Kids Savings Account, at least one of the account owners must be under 18 years of age.
- All applicants must be Australian Residents for taxation purposes.
- You will need to take in suitable identification to the branch in order for us to verify you.
If the child is under 12 years of age:
A parent/guardian or other adult must give their consent to opening the account.
Suitable identification of both the child and their parent/guardian will be required.
The parent/guardian or other adult will have full access to operate the account. The child is not permitted to transact on this account.
If the child is 12 years of age or older:
The account can be opened & operated on by the child either solely or as a joint account with a parent/guardian or other adult. Suitable identification is required.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS The daily winners will be drawn randomly and contacted at the time of winning. Judges decision is final an no correspondence will be entered into.
