TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Zincs V8 Supercars Motor Match
The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio Zinc V8 Supercars Motor Match promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 15th of June until all 50 garage doors are revealed, otherwise it will conclude at 3pm Friday 26th of June 2009. 

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to be the random caller through to choose 2 Garage Doors on the Zinc Grid. Behind each Garage Door there is a prize. If you match a team of two, you are in the draw for the major prize. If you pick two wildcards, you are in the major draw. If you pick 2 matching Cd’s or V8 Supercars Merchandise packs you do not get in the draw but you win that prize instantly.

3. MAJOR PRIZE

• Return economy flights for 2 to Townsville
• 4 Nights Accommodation for 2 people @ Rydges Southbank
• 2 x 3 day General Admission passes
• 2 x V8 Supercars Pit Passes
• 1 x Hot Lap with Team Vodafone
• The Finish Flag signed by the winning driver!
   
• V8 Supercars personalised plate from PPQ with the ultimate V8 combination TVL400.
• 2 passes to a XXXX GOLD Class Session (1hr only per session) on Sat and Sun of the Townsville V8 Supercar Event

Includes:

• 2 x XXXX GOLD Class passes for a 1hr session on the upperdeck of the XXXX GOLD Retreat on Sat and Sun (passes will state date and time of session)
• 2 x Stubbie Coolers
• 2 x XXXX GOLD’s per person per session – redeemded via a voucher (Cash bar available once vouchers used)

Conditions: Winner must be 18 years or over.  Prize must be taken at time of event stated on prize letter and cannot be transferred for cash.

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason. 

5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning.
The major prize winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entrants who qualified by matching correctly either the team members of a V8 Team or 2 x wildcard garage doors.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.

7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The major prize winner will be selected from a random draw of all eligible entries as stated above and will be announced on Monday 29th of June on the Zinc Radio Network stations participating in the promotion.  Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
